in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham, we were instructed to carry out an overseas marketing campaign structured around launch events in Hong Kong and Singapore.

High value new build apartment in Battersea acquired on behalf of a private client for use as a second residence. Terms for the purchase were negotiated with the developer and following completion we provided assistance with all aspects

of interior design, fit-out and furnishings.

Development site in Clapham sold on behalf of an investor. A subject to planning deal was structured with a UK based developer agreeing to purchase the site subject to planning consent being granted. Planning permission was subsequently obtained for a scheme of 5 x 3 bedroom houses.
