New build development of 37 private units in central Bedford totalling c.25,000 sq/ft. We were instructed by the developer to dispose of the block shortly before the build was due to complete and utilising our network we obtained an acceptable offer from a nationwide housing association without openly marketing the building.
We helped to negotiate a number of conditions to satisfy the purchasers stringent due diligence criteria in relation to the construction to result in an immediate sale following completion of the works.
Westminster Apartments, SW1
Boutique development of 9 high specification luxury apartments in the heart of Westminster, SW1. With a total of 10,700 sqft of accommodation the block included two duplex apartments with stunning views of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Palace of Westminster.
We discreetly marketed the opportunity to a small number of known investors and sold the building to a private Hong Kong based investor during the build phase without it ever being taken to the open market.
City Point, Liverpool
Office conversion scheme in Liverpool of 159 units located next to one of the largest regeneration projects in the city. The building was developed by a longstanding client who instructed us to sell the building while it was being converted.
We sold the building to a private investor based in South Africa and advised on deal structure to allow release of stage payments to assist in funding the construction.
