Our management team has over 50 years of combined experience of consulting on and selling new developments both in the UK and overseas and are heavily experienced in all aspects of property sales and marketing. We pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial spirit, extensive network of industry contacts and the level of service we are able to offer our clients.

Our working knowledge of the Middle Eastern and Asian markets has been developed across the last two decades and as regular travellers in the promotion of UK property, we know these markets intimately.

Our Team

Giles Leadbetter

Giles started his career in London agency in the late 1990s before a swift progression to residential development and investment as head of Hampton International’s Global Investment division until 2008. He has travelled extensively throughout his career, always in the promotion of UK residential property to buyers across the globe and was one of the first individuals to market schemes from Liverpool and Manchester in Asia. He is a founding partner of a UK student property fund with assets in excess of £100 million. A shrewd operator with an innovative approach, Giles is a familiar face to many in the market, respected for his problem solving attitude and ability to keep apace with investor appetite.

Kieran Beeson

Starting out as a professional independent mortgage broker, Kieran entered the investment industry 10 years ago as a sales manager for one of the UK’s largest buy-to-let investment companies. Moving to a boutique agency, he advised on international sales strategies for new build developments across Asia, the Middle East and Russia. With his extensive network of industry contacts and a keen eye for schemes with untapped investment potential, Kieran performs the due diligence behind every RDI promoted development; his impressive knowledge of the UK property market and its driving forces are integral to RDI’s operational strategies.

Alex Holding-Parsons

Alex began his career in property working for a boutique investment agency, promoting UK residential stock, personally grossing £20million per year in investment sales. Developing trusted relationships with his key clients, he left agency to set up his own company, stewarding a £50million portfolio of UK property on behalf of a Kuwaiti fund, and purchasing a number of sites across the country on behalf of a consortium of Middle Eastern investors. Having set up his own Middle Eastern sales network for UK residential stock, Alex has close ties to buyers in both Kuwait and Qatar. He brings his relationships in these jurisdictions to RDI as well as his expertise in land acquisition and deal structure.
